1929 Jim Rudd – kicked off Wembley Final
Jim Rudd, former Dewsbury player, who was the first Rugby league player to kick off at Wembley back in 1929. He played scrum half looking at the team. Here he draws out a winner of a challenge cup final draw. Back in the days of entries on postcards or a sealed down envelope !!
